Stylish in design, the mirror-polished stainless steel body is coupled with a hydraulic hinged tempered glass lid, ideal for displaying food whilst remaining covered.

Patented dry heat technology keeps food consistently warm throughout service. A digital display panel provides precise temperature control with ease, along with key functions including a temperature lock.

This low power 400-watt waterless system removes the risk of pans boiling dry and improves staff safety from hot water changes.
