Transition

Transition by Zwiesel Glas combines pioneering innovation and creative design. Developed specifically for the sensory requirements of non-alcoholic beverages such as kombucha, water kefir, jun tea, and shrubs, it is the first glass collection of its kind.

Created in collaboration with renowned designer Carsten Gollnick and international experts in fermented and non-alcoholic drinks. Transition is not primarily intended to be a wine glass series for non-alcoholic drinks. Rather, the aim is to provide the ideal stage for innovative non-alcoholic alternatives to showcase their diverse flavour profiles. From all- round flavour to umami, savoury aromatic drinks – each glass is tailored to different flavour spectrums, sensory tested, and checked for suitability for the hospitality industry.
