Suited to keep sauces and soups at the right serving temperature. Contains a stainless steel Bain-Marie insert with carrier ring, double handle lid and temperature control with pilot light. When set on the maximum setting the water pan will be heated to approximately 80˚C with a possible variance of 10˚C. Overheating of water is protected by the safety thermostat, which cuts off at 118˚C. Voltage: 240V Watts: 400 - 450W 10 Amps 100ml Stainless steel soup ladle included
